The Nice Grid showroom project illustrates djnn’s ability to support distributed settings. Designed and developed by Ingenuity i/o and Intactile Design, this interactive scenography for ERDF’s Nice Grid showroom features a giant video-projection of document-oriented contents, and interactive video-projected graphics on a wall with hidden sensors; the scenario is controlled by an iPad application (not developed with djnn). Thanks to its support for input, djnn has eased the integration of the sensors for the wall application. Djnn’s support for the event-oriented software bus Ivy has allowed the integration of the three programs, including the iPad application that was not developed with djnn.
